CEO AND FOUNDER OF WIFA

Glenda Juwawo is a finance and investment professional, speaker, and Founder of Women in Finance Africa (WIFA), a pan-African platform advancing women’s financial literacy, economic participation, and leadership.

Her work focuses on translating financial knowledge into practical behaviour change and real economic outcomes, with a strong emphasis on personal finance, investment readiness, SME development, and improving access to funding for small and growing businesses across Africa.

She holds degrees in Bcom Investment Management, BSc Honours in Real Estate, Masters in Finance, and an MBA, providing a multidisciplinary foundation in investment analysis, corporate finance, property markets, and strategic leadership.

Through WIFA, she is building a continental ecosystem that equips women and SMEs with financial confidence, discipline, and the tools to become financially structured, investment-ready, and scalable. The platform bridges the gap between financial education and capital access.

She is committed to advancing financial inclusion in Africa through practical, action-based frameworks that support both individuals and enterprises to achieve sustainable economic growth and funding readiness.
